August 2021 – Present

Training & Support Specialist

  • Key player in the rollout of Google's AI tools including Gemini and NotebookLM across the organization. Created the internal microsite that is used as the central hub for information and resources related to the tools. Engaged in consultation and training on the effective application of AI by teams across the organization.
  • Managed the development of reports and dashboards for KPIs, collaborating with stakeholders, including the VP of BU Optimization for the platform, to define requirements and optimize business processes.
  • Designed and implemented multiple automations and Google Apps Script solutions to streamline inter-company workflows and improve efficiency easily saving several hundreds of hours of human labor over the last 18 months.
  • Led training initiatives for teams across RRD's Packaging Print facilities, for groups as large as 300+, in their use of the software tools and SOP, providing comprehensive support and documentation.
  • Developed and maintained training materials, user guides, and process documentation to ensure successful system adoption and utilization of the systems and processes.
  • Provided virtual support to users across the platform through troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Developed an interactive Google Apps Script web app embedded within a Google Site. This tool allows team members to seamlessly explore, filter, and discover a curated library of AI prompts stored in a Google Sheet.
